pain in pelvic area
this might be TMI but it won't let me Mark it. I am having sharp pain in my pelvic area and all the way to my butthole. it is also into my back. sitting down or standing up males the pain worse. it almost feeling like I need to take a big dump but I know I don't. should I be worried?
