Hello ladies!!!

My name is Daray. I’m 22 years old and I have a 4year old son. I am ready to start trying for baby #2. 😩😩 I’ve been on depo for a lil over 3years. I stopped taking it a year ago so I could get my body ready for a baby. After I stopped depo my periods were regular for 5 months. Then they just stopped. I haven’t had a period since October. 😔And all my doctor keeps suggesting is more birth control. I DONT NOT WANT TO PUT THAT STUFF IN MY BODY EVER AGAIN.🤦🏽‍♀️😩so I have been doing research and heard of vitex regulating women’s periods after depo. Have any of you guys tried it.?? And if so how long did it take for you to have a period.
