My six week old ha slept through the night five nights in the past week (!). I haven't been waking up to pump because I've desperately needed the sleep.

When I've woken up, I've soaked through my bra, pads, and sheets. Last night I pumped before bed, which seemed to help with the leakage.

I'm wondering if it's okay to sleep through the night without waking up to pump? Or is it likely that I'll end up with problems like clogged ducts or a drop in supply? The sleep deprivation has been really rough but I also don't want to risk messing up breastfeeding.
