Officially admitted into Labor & Delivery unit. My baby has always been small. My doctor urged weekly ultrasounds since my placenta wasn’t giving the baby enough oxygen and nutrients to grow. Last appointment he said instead of a week, I wanna see you in 3 days. So today I went in for a normal ultrasound and he said he sees no progress. He though it would be best to admit me Incase I need to deliver in the next few days. Since the baby isn’t growing, he might need to come out so he can grow on his own. They gave me a shot to help with the development of his lungs. Hopefully it works so this baby can cook a little longer! I’m not due until Oct 15th so I’m super nervous. Has anyone else gone through this? Please keep me and my baby boy in your thoughts & prayers!
