My baby is a year old so I'm not even sure if mastitis is a thing after feeding for this long? any way one of my boobs is super tender and has pink patchy bits. when I feed the letdown feels like a knife going through my nipple. it's not hard tho but my boobs are never usually 'full'. Its warm to touch, I felt like I had the chills all night however I dont have a temp. My whole body aches, my head is pounding I feel weak and feel like vommiting. does this sound like mastitis?
