1st birthday advice needed!!

I really want to do something for my little girl as she’s turning 1 soon (really soon, have been panicking about this for a while!!) but I’m on a tight budget and we have a big family. A little party at mine is out of the question because we’re looking at about 50 people and my place is too small. Wanted to do a bbq but realistically, bbq food for 50 people plus bbq fees to rent it at a local country park, would get really expensive. Thought about doing a picnic but I don’t think it would cost too much less than the bbq as I still have to cater for lots of people. What can I do that’s not too expensive but still means we can celebrate her birthday? No hate/bashing please 😊
