My husband and I lost our first baby girl at 22 weeks on May 20th due to a placental abruption. The doctors can't seem to find a reason why it happened since I was having a great pregnancy and didn't have the associated risk factors. My heart is broken...this grief is the worst but trying my best to work through this so I can be stable enough to start TTC soon. I started my period today so this is my first day back on the app. I'm so eager to get pregnant again so I can be back at that happy place...and to have hope we will hold a baby in our arms. I'm terrified this abruption will happen again... anyone have any hopeful stories after an abruption? I'm so sorry you all went through this...I hope we can continue to find strength in each other and keep hope that we will have our rainbows.
