Supplements!! Question

Hello! I have been vegan for almost two years. At the beginning I never supplement myself, I made sure I was eating all the food that gave me those nutrients (nothing ever went wrong). But cuz I was living in a country where is impossible to eat properly I kind of reduced the food consumption and I started to feel bad (I suffer from low iron) sometimes I was off. Months later I went to another country and I started to take iron and B12 supplements. Now I’m still taking those supplements in other country (Europe) which is more easier cuz everything is labeled as vegan, vegetarian, Gf, etc. The other supplement I started to take was Vitamin C (I know i drink too much fruits and vegetables rich in Vitamin C) but I want to supplement either way. So here’s my question: what do you recommend to take apart from these vitamins, which ones are important? And other thing is do I have to take B12 every day or is just one at a week. Thanks 💕
