Mine was like that two days in a row, occurred for a splint second each time.  It was I believe implantation sign.

For me, implantation felt like a little pinch in my lower left abdomen. It happened on and off throughout 6dpo. I kept checking to see if my pants were pinching my skin, because that’s how it felt.
