Would you trust an at home adult scale to weigh a baby?

I’ve been using a home bathroom scale to weigh my little one. It keeps showing fluctuations of his weight and it keeps me in a panic. I’m dealing with postpartum anxiety, so this isn’t making it any easier. When he went to the doctor he had gained a few ounces, but that’s been a few weeks ago. He’s a little over a month old. Doctor did say he is having slower weight gain, but said it was normal for a breastfed baby.

The scale is pretty accurate by a few ounces with me, so I figured it would work for him too. Just subtract my weight. But it keeps showing him losing ounces. Which has me on edge. I’m exclusively breastfeeding. He has plenty of wet and dirty diapers, but he does look really skinny. But he was long at birth and still really long.
