24 weeks 2days sharp pains

Hey all, im currently 24w 2d pregnant with twin girls. I had some random sharp pains yesterday and have had more today in my lower right abdomen. I'm having lower back pains as well but neither are consistent. any advise? should I wait it out? go to L&D;?
