Cervical check or labor?

41 weeks today and had cervical check this morning. Dr tried stripping my membrane but said he couldn’t cuz I was barley a finger tip dilated. After removing his fingers I felt a gush of liquid. I think it was a good amount because when I laid down the fluid ran towards my crack. When I stood up to wipe myself the paper sheet was stuck to my butt. The fluid was mixed with blood. Very unusual. Not sure if my Water broke? But he didn’t seem concern. I know it wasn’t the “gel” it was very watery and soaked through the paper sheet that he had to grab a paper towel and lay under my butt which soaked through that too.

Anyways I’ve been cramping/spotting and having contractions 5-7min apart all day (usual cervical check symptoms). Right now it’s 1:41am and I feel like the cramp is worse..

I don’t know if I should go into L&D.; I know that if I go in they might do a cervical check also and I don’t know if it’s too bad doing too much cervical check since I got one this morning. FTM here so im really unsure if I should go in or not...
