My little one was up early Friday morning with teething pain. His top center right tooth started to poke through. By Friday evening, he had a 102.2° fever. Rotated Tylenol and Motrin overnight. Had a 103.6° fever around 6 this morning. Gave Motrin again and took him to the ED (we are out of town, plus pediatrician’s Saturday office hours weren’t until later.). They said he was just teething and probably coming didn’t with an upper respiratory infection. Just has me worried. I didn’t think teething fevers were this high.
