Glow or Nurture

Hi all I’m a bit confused at these two apps. I was in Glow tracking my ovulation since I was ttc, then when it finally happened I came across <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.nurture">Nurture</a>. Now unfortunately I lost the pregnancy, and I want to know which of the apps should I keep.
