I carried my boy very high, I’m pregnant with twin Girls and they are very low. 
The differences I had were my skin has been really bad during this pregnancy, craving fruits and a lot of sickness.
With my son I didn’t have any sickness, only wanted salty and savoury foods and my skin was glowing. 🙂

Depends on your body type. I’ve carried both my girls very low. This one is also a girl and we’ll see if she is low like her sisters.

To me it looks like you’re carrying high. However, that’s just a wives tale so I wouldn’t take it too seriously. (I’m carrying high and having a girl but it’s really just coincidence)
