Soo I hear if you wait to have sex the sperm gets stronger and there is a better chance of pregnancies is this true??? I know this sound silly but just wondering

So we actually did this (unintentionally) and I got pregnant that month. We had company staying with us for a week and our house is very small with basically no privacy. So we didn't have sex for a week until the very end of my fertile week. We had been ttc for 7 months before that. So not sure if it was the waiting that helped or if it was just our time lol

a day or so might increase the number a little, but you shouldnt wait more than 3-4 days as the sperm start to deform and die and it negatively effects his overall sperm health. every few days, his sperm that is more than a couple days old will be passed out with his urine.
