Nexplanon 😡 Vitex? Help?

Hey everyone! I was on nexplanon for 8 years with no period. I had it removed last October to go on oral contraceptives to maybe regulate my period so I could stop them in a few months around my wedding date. It was successful in that. My period was regular with the pills. I took my last round of pills, had my period, and never took anymore. This was the first of May. I got married at the end of May and we were going to start TTC.

I am now on cycle day 55 with no period. So signs of it coming. AND I’ve taken easily 50 tests, all negative.

Anyone experience this? When did AF come back?

I read about vitex online, and was considering trying it. Any helpful stories?
