when did you decide on starting a family? I'm 27 and i want a baby i just dont know when...

When I know I am more than comfortable mentally, physically and financially. I waited 5 years on my job. I’m getting 14 weeks of 100% of my salary + I have unlimited Paid time off + I can take FMLA. In addition I have job security. I can leave my job for a year or two and come back.

My job was stable, my boss awesome and understanding, maternity leave benefits generous, and I was an age where I couldn’t really afford to wait anyway.
