What day can I test?

Please note that I did not mark everyday we had sex.

I keep testing now and keep getting dissapointed but I know it’s too early to tell at this point. What day would be best to take a test?

Edit: I forgot to say that even though glow says i was ovulating, I took opk test and they were negative. I’m so confused with my cycle. Any advice will help
