3 month growth spurt?

Baby has been acting different (fussiness, eating more, sleeping less) and it reminds me of a growth spurt he went through earlier at 6 weeks. 
Do they go through a growth spurt around 3 months?

Yes! my little guy nursed every hour when he went through his. I looked it up and they go through one at 3, 4, 6, and 9 months. there was more but those are the only ones I remember!

Every time my baby turned another month, he would act out for a week either before or after he turned another month, so I do believe it’s a growth spurt you’ll notice them a lot the more he gets older
