Any tips on best way to get pregnant?

Hi everyone. My husband and I decided finally we want to have a baby!!
Just wondering if people had any good tips/advice on getting pregnant?
How many days before or after ovulation? How many times in a day? Any good sex positions for conceiving?  Anything to do after sex? Any information would help. Thanks. Hubby and I have been married for 1 year now and we are ready for the next step.

The best thing to do, is to have sex ja every other day during your fertile week and not every single day. We had sex almost every other day and didn't even have sex on my most fertile day (somehow happened this way 😄). After sex i just stayed in bed for 5-10 minutes and then went to shower. Didn't put my legs up or anything. And this worked for me. Got pregnant right away after we got off protection. Got off few days before my period started and got pregnant literally a week after it ended. 😉🙂

My advice is to not overthink it. If you have an average or at least fairly predictable cycle, go by what Glow tells you are your ovulation dates. Have sex often during the predicted window. That’s really all there is to it for the average person. 
We had sex once on the day Glow predicted was the best chance for conception, and I got pregnant.

Here is what I keep seeing:
1. Friend gets so excited to finally be ready to have a baby. She tracks ovulation, has scheduled sex, monitors everything and takes pregnancy tests every month. This happens a few months in a row. She Gets very upset that it isn’t happening and gives up. 
2. Friend Decides to stop trying because it’s so impossible and she is very stressed with all that goes into tracking. She says “maybe I’m not meant to have a baby then” Gets pregnant 1-2 months later. 
Moral of the story (that happens so often it’s ridiculous) don’t try to force it, have fun and enjoy the time with your spouse. You can’t force these things to happen. You will be blessed with a baby when god is ready for you to have one. Don’t rush it, go with the flow 🙃

we tried for about 7 or 8 months with no luck so then i started taking folic pills and then used ovulation test strips and got pregnant the month after! I've also heard good things about preseed

Ok this may not be the help you are asking for but I’m gonna give it to you anyway: 
You’ve been married for a year and yall want to start a family. Cool. Awesome. Please know that pregnancy is HARD. Not everyone’s, but you don’t know how it’s gonna be til it happens and by then it’s too late. 
If you have any marital issues, no matter how small please talk about them and work that shit out now bc pregnancy doesn’t make anything easier and problems don’t just go away bc you created a life together. Creating life is all sweet and wonderful but please be realistic about this. Babies need a stable environment to live in and when you are pregnant baby can feel what you feel. Think positive. Easier said than don’t but it really does help. 
You might be like me and be super sick for the first 4 months and not be able to work which WILL put a financial strain on you... just know that it’s a possibility. Having a partner who can deal with your crazy ( we all have some crazy in us) is key. The more you talk about how you feel the better this journey will be. 
Financially, you should be able to do this with the help of nobody but the two of you. Don’t go into this thinking “I’m gonna get all this free shit from my baby shower”. Be prepared to do this on your own and it will be a starting point for how your first year or two will be. Yes of course people are gonna give you free stuff. And baby showers are meant for just that. Who doesn’t love free stuff!! But know that you made this kid and you are responsible for what it needs. Be as prepared as possible. WHEN YOU HAVE THE MONEY TO BUY BIG ITEMS, DONT PUT IT OFF. BUY IT THEN. TRUST ME. You will never be 100% ready but if you aim for that you are already ahead of the game.
 
If you are in somewhat of a good shape before you get pregnant it WILL HELP TREMENDOUSLY with how you feel when you start to get big. If you exercise now, stick with it!!  Don’t just sit around and think you can “eat for two”. Contrary to popular belief it’s not supposed to work that way. I’m 30 weeks and I’ve only gained 14 pounds. Everyone is different but controlling your diet is the most important thing you can do.  Take your prenatal vitamins with an extra separate folic acid vitamin and sleep as much as you need to. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise either cause your body will let you know what it needs. For real, if you are tired take a damn nap. 
Having a baby is wonderful. Feeling him/her move inside of you is indescribable. Enjoy your pregnancy as much as you can... some people don’t get to experience this. 
And finally the answer your question the way you were probably initially asking: download the period tracker app and update it ACCURATELY. It will tell you when you are fertile and ovulating. Have sex as much as you can in that week and especially when you ovulate. After he cums in you lay with your hips slightly elevated for a few minutes and let gravity do it’s thing. I did it doggystyle and got pregnant without even trying. 6 days later my boobs hurt so bad I wanted to cry. That’s when I knew before I even took the test.
