10 DPO and a BFN

I’m 10 DPO and 4 days away from AF. This is my 4th cycle TTC so I am terrible at waiting to test. I took a first response early result test this morning and it was a BFN. I had mild cramps a week ago and I just feel different. Am I testing too early or am I just most likely not pregnant?
