41 weeks and Still Waiting...
Anyone know of any natural ways to induce labor? Pregnant with my first. Planning a water birth at home and midwife can’t deliver after 42 weeks. Having come and go mild contractions but nothing yet. Dilated 1cm at 39 weeks but not sure the progress now. Getting anxious and don’t want to go to the hospital. Doing some walking and moving around on the yoga ball. Any suggestions?
