I had this when I found out I was pregnant and had no idea it was normal. I googled it and it's crazy. bleeding and clotting also can be at times so read up if ya can or talk to your doc

How early are you? I’ve had it go both ways... I just found out at 10 weeks we lost our baby... id been spotting light brown at 7-10 weeks off and on. With my second daughter I spotted very light around 9 weeks and she is now 11 years old. It’s always worth getting any spotting checked out during pregnancy.
