Yes! When I first started testing my morning urine gave a pretty clear positive but my afternoon when I tested again did not. I had to wait for the hcg to build up

Both of my miscarriages I had positive tests then later than day or the next morning I’d taken another and we’re negative. That happens when it’s called a chemical pregnancy, the earliest on you can be and miscarry. 
You can get false negatives but there aren’t such things as false positives so if it was definitely positive and not an indent line or faulty and the next was definitely negative it’s possible this could be happening to you. Wait another day and take another test and see what that comes up 🤷🏼‍♀️
