I’m so scared to tell anyone!!

We have a 7 month old son and so they will be so close in age. The due date is also right before my birthday (February 3rd). I’m feeling excited now even though this was a total surprise, because my kids will be so close and be able to bond and play together. But I’m also terrified of telling people in fear of getting judged or put down... especially by family. How should I tell people this time? What announcements have you done to break the ice?
