Sleeping routine
If you started to do a 7-8pm bedtime routine, how long until your baby slept thru the night and at what age?
At 4 months, I stopped rock n play, and she stopped sleeping thru the night.
She’s now 5 months and waking minimum 1X, sometimes 2-3X.
