Sharp pain on left side and blood

Omg 😭😭 I’m 6w1d and noticed a small amount of blood before I went to bed 3 hours ago.

Just gone to the toilet and when I stood up there was a sharp stabbing pain in the left side which went after about a second and when I wiped there was now a small amount of blood on my tissue paper.

Don’t know what to do, I’m now absolutely petrified 😭😭😭 don’t know if I should go to the out of hours straight away 😭😭😭

Absolutely heartbroken and scared at the moment.

What should I do?
