Mixing a few drops of tea tree oil with a tablespoon of coconut oil. I smeared it on mine multiple times a day, as often as I could... it was totally gone in 3 days.

sitz bath with Epsom and Himalayan salts. tea tree and aloe applied. took a few days for mine to go away.

yes and it was the worst pain ever. I had to end up getting it cut open and packed at the hospital then it came back a few years later and ended up getting a catheter put in that time. Sometimes if it feels like it will come back or irritated (which is rare now) I will get in a hot bath and squeeze on it just to make sure it stays open and cleaned out.
