Cramping, sore breast, helppp??? Af 2 days late...

So about 2 weeks ago was supposedly my fertile window according to glow, and since then I have had cramping that started on my sides now it’s on my sides and sometimes in my lower abdominal area( keep in mind this is not normal for me I have never experienced any cramping like this except for on the first day of my expected af) I have also had some nausea, increased appetite, sore breast and bumps pop up around my nipples. We did have sex almost every day between two days ago and when I was supposedly supposed to ovulate. Well I as of today July 1st, 2018 I am 2 days late for af and yesterday I literally had one spot of blood when I wiped one time and haven’t bleed since, I took a test today and it said negative, so someone tell me they have experienced this? Or what’s happening? Is it possible I just implanted yesterday day? And if so when would I get a positive??? I know it’s easy to over analyze but I have never experienced any of this I have a 2 1/2 yr old and didn’t have any symptoms until 2nd trimester. Someone have any clue??? Please help???
