Progesterone please help

I'm having my Third miscarriage 💔 I was on progesterone suppositories and it was still super super low. I don't know what to do, they worked with my son. My heart is so broken right now, I got a positive at 7dpo and hcg levels were flying, then just slowed and stopped along with progesterone. My OB suggested starting them half way through my cycle instead of the day I get a positive pregnancy test. How will that help?? Picture of my sweet baby who had a heartbeat then lost the battle 😭😭
