TTC after birth control

I was just curious if any of you had regular cycles and then went on the pill and had perfectly regular cycles and then go off and have crazy cycles. like u didn't get my period for 7 months and had to take progesterone to get it. and still have too. plus I havent ovulated since like last October. so yeah. we are TTC number one and it's very depressing when I never ovulate. I have taken clomid but had horrible side effects so switched to femara and still didn't ovulate. have only tried that one month.also how has femara worked for you?
