Milky mama or Booby treats?

Anyone have any experience with these two?  I hate tea so in definitely don’t want to do any of the lactation teas.

I’ve heard such great things about milky mama brownies but I can’t afford to spend that kind of money. So I do it myself at home. 
I buy organic oat bar mix from target. I think it was like 3 dollars( any premade cookie or
Brownie mix will work) and I add 4tbsps of brewers yeast to it and use coconut oil instead of butter. I then eat 1-2pieces of bar a day but always a piece with my cold oats breakfast. 
I’ve also heard that those of us who can take fenugreek can put 3-4 capsules of that oh their mixes too. I can’t take it as it has adverse reactions with autoimmune and thyroid issues. 
You can always try something like that if you aren’t able to keep up a 20 dollar a week extra expense. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I know a few girls who tried the booby biccies and they didn’t work.
I genuinely think it doesn’t work... I think it’s placebo and genetics.
