TMI Period Smells

So my last period was in may well I started bleeding and it's very heavy which is normal for me but for the past three days its bright red and doesnt smell like it usually does. it doesnt smell fishy it just smells different. I also have a lot of clots and clumps coming out with it and I'm having unusual back and hip pain. any ideas ladies. (also going to my obgyn isnt something I want to do she'll just tell me nothings wrong or I need to lose weight lost 100lbs already)
