Are follicles and cysts the same? Are they dangerous when ttc?

Question

I had an transvaginal ultrasound and they saw 20+ small follicles on my right ovary, it said that  it was a “finding suggestive of poly cystic ovarian syndrome “ this scared the crap out of me. But then I had another test which showed that I have no evidence of PCOS. Im so confused ! What does this mean exactly ?? I’m 22 and trying to to conceive . Will this affect it? How can the cysts be removed without surgery. ?

follicals are the things that hold the eggs before they get released. that's very good and normal. it means you have the possibility to have eggs release.

From what I understand, during the follicular phase, numerous follicles begin to prepare an egg to be released. Once ovulation occurs, one of those follicles releases an egg. So I don't think those findings alone would be bad. It may indicate PCOS if there were other things suggesting it, but that alone wouldn't be unusual. That is the way I understand it, but I may be wrong. Do some research.
