ovulation on femara

so i am on cd 19 and still hasn't ovulated on femara, cycle 1. i am going to have my bloodwork done on wednesday, cd21. did anybody here experience to not ovulate on cd 21 and asked your obgyn if she could give you a trigger shot? i really want to ovulate! at least give me a chance to conceive this month!! i feel like i am out without even trying! pls help me
