I discovered recently that i have a suagr intolerance. Explaining why it was hard for me to lose weight and why Ive had worse IBS. So i decided to stop i taking processed sugars, and cut out red meats(exception if i am on my monthly). I only eat chicken, turkey, and fish and i have cut out all processed sugars and only intake natural occuring sugar. Since i started this lifestyle, i lost 46 lbs of fat and gained 20 lbs of muscle. I tried the keto diet in the oast and it made me sick. So i decided to try a different approach. in a way it is the keto diet becaude its high fat low carb and everythingis fresh and not processed but its not as extreme. My carb intake isnt always the same. if most lifestyle dont work for you. i suggest youtry this one. Its kind of my own twist on multiple lifestlyes in one.
