I just had my 32 week appointment and I hate my doctor more every time I go! The pediatric cardiologist and the level 2 ultrasound tech both told my doctor that my baby was measuring 3 weeks ahead. The NP was also concerned that he’s bigger and thinks the doctor got my due date wrong. Last week I started having random contractions that lasted about an hour then would stop, this has happened multiple times now. I didn’t go to the hospital because they said there’s no point until they can be time consistently. I tell my doctor that I’ve been having contractions and she says they’re Braxton Hicks without asking how often, length of time or anything and ushers me out the door as usual. She didn’t check me or anything. She wouldn’t even consider the fact that she could be wrong. I know my body, I know what its telling me and I have a gut feeling my son will be born within 2 weeks. He’s already measuring 5lbs and my NP thinks my due date is actually July 22. My mom works at the hospital I’m going to, a lot of her coworkers also work at WIC and I’ve discussed my concerns with them and even they’ve said they believe I’ll go into labor soon and they think my doctors are incompetent and aren’t doing their jobs.
