would you go to labor and delivery?

I am about 22 weeks and my husband just got home from business. he was gone for about a month. we obviously had sex when he got back. since then I've been having a lot of very thick booger like mucus discharge that's clear in color, a least the size of a quarter everyday. also I've been getting bad headaches that tylenol wont help, lower back pain and weird weird cramps. I have an apt on Thursday the 5th. should I wait until then or just go be seen at labor and delivery?
