Healthy weight loss tips

I’m sixteen years of age and my hips are driving me crazy , they’re so big in comparison to the top half of my body , apparently that’s normal but I’m not loving it at all , I’ve been eating all sweet stuff and junk this week cause I’m on my time of the month , which is normal , you get your cravings, I’m off my period today , any tips on how to slim down healthily, like nothin crazy , I want to be slimmer for my summer holidays to Spain also, any advice at all is very much appreciated
