Update on Fat!
hey yall about 2 weeks ago i posted about my size and i got a lot of great advice! i took all of it! and have been working my butt off! i am down to 1 cup of soda a day! smaller than a 16oz !!! (that's big for me!) not only that i have been walking. i started with a 10 minute walk moved to a 20 minute walk.
now i do 20 minutes with some squats and jumping jacks. I've lost not much right now but ive lost around 15 pounds and its a great start. i feel better but this is my update! I've also changed the way I cook and eat my food!
