Sore Nipples

My period is expected in a week and I am not sure when I ovulated since I am not temping this month- however, I have had extremely sore nipples for about 4 days now. I vaguely remember having sore nipples when I was pregnant with my daughter but looking back on old notes in glow, it wasn’t for more than a day. Has anyone had sore nipples and it be sign that they were pregnant?
