I have BV almost all the time (sometimes thrush too). I’ve had antibiotics so many times and pessaries/active balance gel stuff, nothing seems to keep it at bay, I don’t want to take antibiotics constantly. I only started getting BV regularly after I stopped taking the combined pill, I’m not sure what my doctor will suggest next as they usually just give me antibiotics. Have any of you had recurring BV and had it successfully treated? Part of me is thinking if I went back on contraception it’d stop but I have no clue 😩

FYI. I wipe front to back, I don’t used soaps around my vagina, I wear cotton underwear/no underwear and have protected sex.
