Exercise and 7w5d

Hi!

Just looking for some thoughts from some of you all!

I’m 7 weeks 5 days and I’m feeling awful. I’m so bloated, nauseous, crazy heartburn, and extremely tired.

I used to work out averaging 4 times a week with intense exercises. I feel like exercising will help me feel better and not as fat, but I’m SO exhausted.

This is my first pregnancy and I don’t want to push myself too far and have anything bad happen. When I do work out I get anxiety because I feel like I am going to hurt the baby. Every little pain and pulling sensation ruins the whole thing!

I guess I just have no clue on how to treat my body. Plus my pants are ALREADY getting tight! 😭😭
