I think I’m pregnant

Girls I really need your help, I’ve had so many symptoms, but negative tests I think that I’m just going insane I’ve had bloating, spotting, cramps, constipation, nausea and headaches I’m not due on until the 5th so I did an early test one and still nothing what’s wrong with me 😪😪
