no, because to me, masculine traits are more like broad shoulders, muscular arms, slim hips etc.

I meant to hit no. I don’t have breasts at all and people refer to me as a girl. When I’m thinking of a person being masculine vs feminine I think of facial hair, cheeks, hair style, and the way they carry themselves first.
