Cramps ðŸ˜
okay so ive had my period for about 5 years now (im only 16) and my cramps have always been unbearable, like crying it hurts so much, sharp shooting pain, ive tried everything heat pads and ibuprofen, midol, pamprin etc.. and nothing really helps. What do i do?!?!
