So I get my yearly sti check at the clinic but recently I’ve been going to my doctors to get it. Before with it all I used to get a swab and a blood test. But last years I went to the doctors to get it for the first time and all they did was a blood test... which I panicked because I thought chlamydia could only be tested with swab or urine test.. but I called and everything was all negative. This year I went she only gave me a swab.. which came back positive... my question is can you tell you have chlamydia from a blood test?
