For women who have been pregnant before: what do the first few days feel like?

I had unprotected sex on Friday morning three times which was the first day of my fertile window. I’ve never been pregnant before so idk how it feels or if it feels like anything at all this early. I have had some stomach pain and a migraine and I’ve felt very tired. I saw my mom today and she told me I looked so glowy which idk if that has to do with anything but I know pregnant women eventually get a glow. I also have been peeing a ton which is a symptom of pregnancy but also of a uti so I’m not sure. Did you feel anything the first few days of your pregnancy?
