Confused and Curious

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. This is my 3rd time taking 50mg Clomiphene but took breaks in between. This 3rd time my doctor told me it worked! I have several eggs that are ready. Does that mean they are mature and I have a high chance of twins, triplets?!?
